We are X-ELIO: a Brookfield-owned leader in the renewable sector, that has built over 3 GW of renewable energy projects (solar/BESS) across 13 countries and is developing 13 GW more, and we are looking for you!

Reporting to: Project Delivery Director

The selected professional will lead and manage the successful execution of late-stage development, pre-construction, and construction phases of photovoltaic and storage projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while proactively mitigating risks and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in line with business objectives.
  • Oversee project milestones, implement corrective actions, and manage task delegation.
  • Lead risk management initiatives, providing transparency to executive leadership.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and financial reports for C-Suite and Board.
  • Ensure project budgets are managed effectively with timely adjustments as needed.
  • Support technical due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance at all levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).
  • Promote and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.

What do we need?

  • 5 years in project delivery, ideally within the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of bringing large-scale projects to Commercial Operation.
  • Strong project and people management skills, able to lead multiple initiatives with a strategic, proactive approach and minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required); Master's in Finance, MBA, or Energy/Renewables is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability & Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with willingness to travel as needed and strong business/analytical acumen.
