LoanIQ Trainer – Commercial Banking Operations
Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Interview: 1 round – Panel interview via Microsoft Teams

Role Overview
The Commercial Banking Operations team is seeking a LoanIQ (LIQ) professional to support the ongoing AFS-to-LoanIQ migration initiative.
This position does not require previous formal trainer experience. The hiring manager is looking for someone with strong, legitimate hands-on LoanIQ experience, excellent communication skills, and the personality and interest to transition into a role where they will train and support other users.
Must Have

• Hands-on LoanIQ (LIQ) experience – REQUIRED
• Commercial lending, wholesale lending, or lending operations experience
• Strong understanding of LoanIQ functionality and lending workflows
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable presenting, demonstrating processes, and explaining LoanIQ functionality to others
• Strong interest in becoming a LoanIQ Trainer
• Ability to work effectively with Operations, SMEs, project teams, and leadership
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Train and support Operations users on LoanIQ
• Conduct system demonstrations and explain LoanIQ processes/workflows
• Support the organization's ongoing AFS-to-LoanIQ conversion
• Assist with procedure and documentation updates related to LoanIQ enhancements
• Communicate system/process changes to Operations teams
• Troubleshoot LoanIQ-related operational issues
• Collaborate with SMEs, Operations, project teams, and leadership
• Help users successfully transition from existing lending processes/systems to LoanIQ

• Previous AFS experience
• Experience supporting AFS-to-LoanIQ conversions
• Commercial Banking Operations experience
• Previous training, coaching, SME, or knowledge-transfer experience

Pay Range: $55 - $60

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
