Coordinates day-to-day operations, reports, and online class logistics required by the Network of the National Library of Medicine Training Office (NTO). Gathers data and provides customer and instructor support for nationwide training program.

Responsibilities

Project Coordinator, II

Oversees administrative matters regarding the day-to-day operations and procedures of the NTO. Coordinates logistics and communication for a national training program. Provides excellent and timely support for students and instructors in both live online and self-paced classes. Creates, organizes, and distributes documentation and instruction for policies and procedures. Monitors and allocates expenditures. Prepares or assists in preparing budgets, proposals, and reports. Stays abreast of contractual requirements from the funding agency or the University as they impact the NTO and makes recommendations for improvement and compliance. Hybrid work schedule permitted for this position. This position is funded through June 30, 2027. Continuation will depend on funding availability.

Minimum Qualifications

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:

Project Coordinator, II: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.

Preferences

Experience with data entry and data analysis, and results reporting.

Strong communication skills and ability to identify and solve problems.

Experience with web conferencing platforms and content or learning management systems.
