 Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycles: Own the setup, contract maintenance, and documentation workflow for multiple projects in progress.
Tracking & Flow: Manage the submittal, RFI, construction bulletin, and addendum processes seamlessly.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers, the Estimating team, and Closeout Specialists to ensure zero lag in project momentum.
Relations: Draft original correspondence and maintain exceptional working relationships with subcontractors and field crews.
