Job Summary
The Project Coordinator provides strategic and administrative support to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Student Success and Engagement by coordinating projects, managing operational initiatives, supporting divisional planning, and providing executive-level administrative support.
Essential Duties
Coordinates projects and initiatives for the Student Success and Engagement division by creating timelines, tracking progress, working with departments across the college, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed successfully.
Provides day-to-day support to the Associate Vice President by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining confidential information, and helping keep the office running efficiently.
Collects and reviews data, prepares reports, and helps identify trends that support planning, decision-making, and assessment of student success initiatives.
Assists with managing the divisions budget by tracking expenses, processing purchases and travel requests, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports while following college policies and procedures.
Prepares reports, presentations, procedures, and other written materials, and helps communicate important information to staff, campus partners, and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree business Administration, Public Administration, Higher Education or related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
Three years successful track record in project management and administrative operational duties.
Frequent interaction with faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Three years experience supporting executive leadership in higher education.
