About University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, Staff, Part Time, Non-Exempt, Benefited position through 6/30/2027 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $24.00 per hour.
Location: CSUSB Campus and various program sites in the Inland Empire.
Work Schedule
25 hours per week. Schedule will vary based on program needs. Evenings and weekends may be required.

Typical Activities
Under minimal supervision of the Director, the Project Coordinator will work independently to:
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in child development, early childhood education, clinical counseling, social work, school counseling, school psychology or a related field (or concurrent enrollment in a master's program).
Experience:
Experience in child/family interventions and project implementation.
Other:
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple tasks.
Ability to work with families, school staff, and community partners.
Ability to supervise and support employees and student staff.
Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Google Classroom.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel throughout the Inland Empire to attend classes, meetings, outreach events, and other program activities. Reliable transportation may berequired.
