We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator, Service Assurance to support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities related to break/fix operations. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking financial and operational data, and supporting project managers across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle, Salesforce CRM, and advanced Excel functions. This position plays a key role in ensuring project accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Support project managers by performing administrative duties for customer-related projects.
Maintain status reports, project schedules, and cost tracking documentation.
Manage purchase requisitions and track emergency restoration activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure proper project execution.
Ensure compliance with contracts, bonding, insurance, and procedural requirements.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all project-related activities.
Assist with permit coordination across city, state, and county agencies.
Experience with email, MS Excel, Word, Google Earth.
Experience with Salesforce, and Visio, desired.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project conditions.
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and construction standards in OSP projects is a PLUS
Ability to read and understand construction documents is a PLUS
Preferred (Optional):
1-2 years of experience with project coordination in the telecom industry.
Familiarity with project tracking tools and reporting methodologies.

Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $25 - $35 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
