North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position is in office and supports outside sales staff within the Renton, WA Corporate Office.

Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and management
  • Inventory control
  • Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation
  • Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders
  • Prepping orders for future invoicing
  • Scheduling and coordinating freight

Starting Pay: $64,000-$72,000 DOE

Position Requirements

  • Possess strong organizational and priority management skills
  • Order entry/management experience
  • Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)
  • A team player
  • Have a commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required

Additional Skills a plus:

  • Working knowledge of the material handling industry
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics) Operating System for order entry/management
