Project Coordinator/Project Management Analyst

Our client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Management Analyst for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• This role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Customer Support and regional teams to ensure successful proof-of-concept (POC) execution, launch readiness and product adoption.
• Project Management & POC Execution
• Support end-to-end project coordination for PSDS proof-of-concept (POC) deployments across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and action trackers
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure deliverables are completed within aggressive timelines.
• Track POC status, feedback captured from technician and communicate progress, risks and any mitigation plans to leadership.
• Launch Readiness
• Coordinate launch readiness activities across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Service, and Business Development teams.
• Ensure all technical, operational, and business deliverables are completed before customer deployment like training, checklist, etc.
• Support pilot execution, validation activities and production readiness reviews.
• Requirements Gathering
• Gather business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Document functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business needs.
• Facilitate meetings / requirement review to align product requirements and deployment expectations.

• The manager said someone with engine diagnostic knowledge and project experience would be a good fit.
• We are seeking a PSDS project manager contractor to support the planning, coordination and execution of the Power System Diagnostic Solution (PSDS) solution across pilot sites.
