Summary:
The Aftermarket organization delivers outstanding results through parts and service needs for our vehicles in operation. We have a robust roadmap to continue to realize significant parts sales growth year-over-year. Our sales growth initiatives focus on expanding our opportunities with existing customers and penetrating new customer segments. To support this growth our supply chain and systems must develop beyond current performance and find new and creative solutions to deliver parts with optimized delivery lead times and cost. This position will be part of a team leading agile cross-functional innovation projects across the Aftermarket Supply Chain. The position will support various tasks and initiatives associated to the Aftermarket Strategic Supply Chain roadmap.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support project management and continuous improvement activities, processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate in business case development, design and creation of internal presentations, analysis,
  • project materials and reports on initiatives associated to the AM Supply Chain strategic roadmap.
  • Contribute to Innovation lab team via information gathering and critical thinking to support/enable key
  • decision-making.
  • Co-develop project management tools and KPIs.
  • Support tracking of KPIs and projects budget.
  • Prepare and delivery presentation materials.
  • Prepare, attend and follow-up tasks of regular project teams and workshops.
  • Lead initiatives related communications to improve ongoing communication and awareness with all
  • other business units.
 
Requirements: 
  • BS/BA and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented and possess good judgment and have a high degree of
  • initiative
  • Must have good verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitivity
  • communications when needed.
  • Must have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Curious and willing to learn new concepts mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00- $27.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
