Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.

Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.

Track project progress, resource allocation, and budget expenditures using project management tools.

Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.

Organize and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and reviews.

Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.

Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Foster clear communication and collaboration among project team members and departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).

Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

Weekly Salary: $1,300 – 1,500, depending on experience and qualifications.

Weekly Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
