Description

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday

Pay range: $23.00 - $26.51/hr.
100% Onsite 

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting project coordination, PMO activities, or change management initiatives within a business environment, preferably supporting IT or technology-related projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Nice To Have
  • Experience supporting IT, technology, or data modernization projects.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives or large-scale business transformation efforts.
  • Experience working in a PMO or project management environment.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, change communications, or rollout coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Maintain change management activity trackers, including:
  • ·      Detailed project plans
  • ·      Status updates
  • ·      RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies)

2.     Coordinate and manage program cadence by:
  • ·      Scheduling meetings
  • ·      Preparing agendas
  • ·      Managing project timelines
  • ·      Tracking and following up on action items

3.     Monitor the progress of change management deliverables and escalate risks or delays as appropriate.

4.     Track overall program progress and provide reporting inputs for leadership updates.

5.     Support rollout activities by maintaining distribution lists, tracking communications, and assisting with reporting.

6.   Coordinate activities across project stakeholders to help ensure successful execution of change management         initiatives.

7.   Assist with maintaining project artifacts and ensuring information is organized and current.
