TheProjectCoordinatoralsomanagescustomerexpectationsbyprocessingroutineorrecurring work, resolving issues, and communicating project milestones and deadlines. Typical project duration ranges from 2 to 10 days and follows a standardized process.

- Manageacontinuousflowof short-term,recurring projects.
- Coordinateallprojectactivitiesthroughcompletion,ensuringprogressacrossinternal and external technical and operational teams.
- Managedemand intakeforrun-rateprojectsdrivenbyexistingsalesprograms.
- Understandcustomerconfiguration,kitting,andshipping requirements.
- Coordinatedeviceconfiguration,kitting,andshippingprocesses.
- Defineandmanagekeyprojectmilestonestoensureservicelevelsaremet.
- Identifypotentialrisksordelaysanddevelopproactive solutions.
- Communicatewithclientstoclarifyrequirements,setexpectations,andensure satisfaction.
- Escalateandresolveclientissues,assistingsaleswithrequirementsgatheringwhen needed.
- Maintainconsistentcommunicationacrossinternalandexternalstakeholders.
- Providepost-projectfollow-up,ensuringsuccessfultransitiontosupportandcustomer readiness.
- Configuration
- Learnandsupporttherelevanthardware and softwareusedbythe company.
- Loadrequiredapplicationsontohardwarefollowingdefinedconfigurationstandards.
- Notifymanagementorprocurementofsuspectedsoftwareorhardware issues.
- Followconfigurationdocumentsand checkliststoexact standards.
- Troubleshootoperatingsystemupdateandapplicationinstallationerrors.
- Maintainupdatedrecordsofinventory,configurationactivities,andprojectlogs.
- Adheretocompanypolicies, safetyprocedures,andqualitystandards.
- Configureavarietyofdevices,includingAndroiddevices,PCs,printers,andApple products.
- Enrollnewdevicesintomobiledevicemanagement(MDM) systems.
- ReconfigurerepaireddevicestomeetcustomerstandardsandcreateQRcodesto streamline future staging.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedfield;orthree(3)yearsofrelevantexperience.
- Exceptionalverbal,written,andpresentation skills.
- ExperienceworkingwithinERPand/orCRMsystems.
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills,withtheabilitytoplan,prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Abilitytoworkeffectivelybothindependentlyandaspartofa team.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice applications(Word,Excel, Outlook).
- Strongmultitasking,workflowmanagement,andprocess-orientedmindset.
- Analyticalandproblem-solvingabilities.
- Highattention todetailandfamiliaritywith Android and Appledevices.
