TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading design and consulting firm specializing in the design, construction, and operation of mission-critical data center facilities to identify a Project Coordinator. This remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting project teams, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently from initiation through closeout.
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to project managers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating project documentation, supporting contract and compliance activities, managing travel logistics, and maintaining project records to ensure successful project execution.
Provide administrative support for active and upcoming projects.
Assist Project Managers with project coordination and tracking activities.
Support subconsultant contracts and maintain compliance documentation.
Track and maintain W-9 forms, Certificates of Insurance, and contract records.
Coordinate project travel arrangements and manage company travel accounts.
Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations using Concur.
Maintain project files and documentation within Procore and Dropbox.
Support new project setup, including file structures, software access, and office or technical supply coordination.
Assist with project closeout documentation and operation and maintenance manuals.
Maintain company contract libraries and standard project templates.
Provide general administrative and coordination support across project teams.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project support roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to prioritize deadlines and support multiple stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Experience with Procore, Concur, Zoom/WebEx, and document management systems is preferred.
