PROJECT COORDINATOR / JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support our Project Management team in the execution of process system projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a technical aptitude, and a desire to build a career in project management within the food, beverage, dairy, and process industries.
Working closely with senior Project Managers, Engineering, Fabrication, and Field Operations, you will assist with project planning, documentation, scheduling, customer communication, and project execution activities from project kickoff through commissioning.

This position is designed as a developmental role within Sterlings Project Management organization. Successful individuals will have the opportunity to take on increasing project responsibilities and advance into a Project Manager position as their experience and capabilities grow.

This role provides significant exposure to engineering, fabrication, installation, and project management activities while offering opportunities for professional growth and advancement within Sterling.
