Project Coordinator — Join The Waldinger Corporation in Lebanon, Indiana.
Waldinger is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep our construction projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly from the ground up. If you're organized, numbers-minded, and thrive on keeping a lot of moving pieces aligned, this role puts you right at the center of the action.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in project success by:
- Keeping documentation airtight. Maintain contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and other critical project records.
- Bridging communication. Serve as a connector between project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders — keeping everyone aligned on updates and requirements.
- Driving procurement and logistics. Obtain quotes, order materials, and coordinate deliveries to keep projects moving without delay.
- Supporting the Project Manager. Help monitor subcontractor scope of work to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Reporting on progress. Prepare regular status reports highlighting achievements, upcoming milestones, and issues that need attention.
- Tracking the budget. Assist in monitoring project expenses and managing variances, keeping the Project Manager informed every step of the way.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or project management support, ideally in construction
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- No travel required — this is a steady, on-site role based at the project location
