Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Agile and Right Sized Launch Readiness Coordinator supports projects associated with launch readiness by helping ensure consistent execution against agreed scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. This role coordinates cross-functional planning, tracks action items and dependencies, identifies risks and blockers, and follows up with stakeholders to keep project work progressing. The Coordinator also supports process documentation, training, change management, and post-project reviews to strengthen adoption, improve ways of working, and incorporate lessons learned into future launch planning.
Responsibilities- Support the design, implementation, and consistent execution of the Agile and Right Sized Launch Readiness process across key stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate launch planning, decision-making, and execution against agreed milestones and deliverables.
- Help manage dependencies, issues, and risks across functions to support launch readiness and mitigate delays.
- Standardize launch planning practices and support continuous improvement through practical tools, templates, dashboards, and process simplification.
- Monitor launch readiness performance and escalate gaps, blockers, and risks to support proactive issue resolution.
- Support change management, documentation, and training to promote adoption of launch processes and sustain maturity over time.
- Build strong working relationships to enable readiness and accountability.
- Contribute to post-launch reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future launch planning and execution.
- Set up project planning meetings and invite key cross-functional team members.
- Identify action items, track ownership, approvals, and due dates, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure launch plans are completed on time.
Qualifications- Bachelor s degree required, in preferred fields such as business, operations management, finance, science or engineering, or related degree.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Experienced in project management and coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships.
- Independent decision making, triage and escalation of at risk projects.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communications skills.
