Job TitleProject CoordinatorJob DescriptionProvide operational support to the project team members. Facilitate the flow of information both internally and externally as directed. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Responsible for coordination of assigned projects and department initiatives including tracking and follow-up for submittals, contracts, change orders and close out documents. Create and maintain documentation such as project plans, trackers, risk logs, and change requests. Awareness of opportunities for improvement in efficiency is welcomed. Various administrative support as needed and aligned with department goals and objectives, attend meetings, training and communicate follow-up items as requested and needed. Experience working for a general contractor strongly preferred. Exposure to commercial, multifamily, or renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, plans/specs). Ability to assist with project scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore or similar). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, subcontractors, and project managers.
