Location: San Diego, CA 92123
Pay Rate: $29 31/hour
Duration: 2-year W2 Assignment with the goal of converting to a full-time employee based on business needs at the end of the assignment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | 100% Onsite

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator I provides administrative and operational support to the Lands Records Department, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a variety of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department and assist with daily operational activities.
  • Perform accurate data entry into company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain, organize, and manage business records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Create, edit, and format documents, reports, correspondence, and other business materials.
  • Coordinate and maintain department schedules, calendars, and project timelines.
  • Draft reports, memos, policies, and other written documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and other departmental activities.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support department initiatives and projects.
  • Support additional administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
