Pay Rate: $29 31/hour
Duration: 2-year W2 Assignment with the goal of converting to a full-time employee based on business needs at the end of the assignment.

Position Overview The Project Coordinator I provides administrative and operational support to the Lands Records Department, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the department and assist with daily operational activities.
- Perform accurate data entry into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain, organize, and manage business records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Handle incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Create, edit, and format documents, reports, correspondence, and other business materials.
- Coordinate and maintain department schedules, calendars, and project timelines.
- Draft reports, memos, policies, and other written documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and other departmental activities.
- Conduct research and gather information to support department initiatives and projects.
- Support additional administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
