Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status updates.
- Manage campaign-level logistics and execution activities.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content, Media, Digital, Analytics, Legal, and Sector Marketing teams.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, stakeholder reviews, and approval workflows.
- Track risks, dependencies, issues, and escalate roadblocks as needed.
- Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and promotional vendors.
- Maintain project documentation and workflow records in Workfront and related tools.
- Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Support campaign launch readiness and post-launch monitoring activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or campaign execution
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and a focus on execution excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting marketing, digital, customer experience, or campaign execution initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or procurement processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, or related certification.
