Project Coordinator for a
Contract assignment with one of our premier
Healthcare clients in
Sacramento, CA . Responsibilities :
- The Program Coordinator II supports execution of workforce development and academic partnership programs within a healthcare system, working under the direction of program leadership.
- This role focuses on coordinating logistics, maintaining program data, and supporting project timelines tied to student training, clinical placements, and workforce initiatives.
- Responsibilities include tracking program metrics, preparing reports and materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders and academic partners, and ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
- The coordinator plays a key support role in program implementation rather than leading strategy, helping ensure smooth operations, stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in program coordination, project coordination, or administrative support within healthcare or workforce programs
- Experience with project management processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience supporting program operations, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data tracking/reporting tools
- Experience working with internal teams and external partners (academic institutions or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to support stakeholder engagement and coordination
- Experience with data entry, auditing, and maintaining program records and documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting academic partnerships, workforce development, or healthcare education programs
- Exposure to project management tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
- Experience with healthcare systems such as EPIC or similar platforms
- Experience supporting grant-related tracking, reporting, or documentation
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Experience creating program materials, presentations, or training documentation
