The Project Coordinator provides administrative and project support to field operations by completing recurring tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing reports, and researching discrepancies that may affect revenue. This position verifies subcontractor invoices against daily production and reporting documents, assists with basic revenue and work-in-progress research, and supports department projects and customer commitments. The role requires strong attention to detail, follow-through, problem-solving, and professional communication with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
Essential Functions:
Qualifications/Special Knowledge Skills:
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing, by phone, and in person with employees, management, customers, subcontractors, and vendors. Strong organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, research, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments accurately, meet deadlines, recognize discrepancies, raise concerns promptly, and follow tasks through completion.
Education/Experience:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Business degree or certificate with concentrations in business management
Preferred Experience: Two or more years of administrative, project coordination, reporting, customer service, accounts receivable, or accounts payable experience, preferably within the construction or utility industry. Experience with NC811, Maximo, MetaViewer, Dynamics, or similar operational and financial systems is preferred but not required
