Job Description
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will fill a .5 FTE position to provide leadership to the Transformational Youth Hub including conducting regional needs assessments, identifying resources across a variety of areas of need (e.g., fundamental needs [housing, food, clothing], mental health resources, civic engagement opportunities, and connecting with natural forms of support) and working with community partners to establish a network of resource for youth at risk for entering the criminal justice systems. and deploying the resources of the specialists, under the direction of NYSED Office of Special Education, as well as overseeing the peer mentor program.
