System One is seeking a Project Coordinator, Equipment Delivery Management - Contractor to support the Equipment Delivery Management (EDM) team on the Natrium project by maintaining accurate milestone, cost, schedule, and risk data across assigned equipment packages, and ensuring that EDM tools and reporting reflect the latest program status. This role demands high organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to drive rigor and completeness across coordination workflows to support timely equipment delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate milestone, cost, schedule, and risk data for assigned equipment packages, keeping EDM tools (Planner, Jira, Power BI dashboards, logs) current and reflecting the latest program status.
  • Track milestone performance against the Integrated Master Control Schedule (IMCS) and supplier schedules, flagging deviations and preparing performance summaries for weekly team meetings.
  • Maintain project risk logs, follow up with action owners on recovery plan mitigations, and summarize cost-code risk exposure for EDM Project Managers (EDM-PMs).
  • Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) in preparing Project Change Notice (PCN) packages and Supplier Coordination Request (SCR) reviews, and update baselines and reporting tools once changes are approved.
  • Monitor cost code performance and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) inputs, cross-checking supplier data against project controls and preparing variance summaries.
  • Compile weekly and monthly status reports and maintain dashboards for milestones, cost, risk, and deliverables; prepare agendas, summaries, and action logs for leadership and cross-functional reviews.
  • Serve as a coordination point between EDM-PMs, Equipment Supply Managers (ESMs), Engineering, the Project Management Organization (PMO), and Construction, tracking cross-functional action items through to closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination, cost/schedule controls, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile), including working knowledge of EVMS concepts, milestone tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows, cross-check data across multiple sources, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and supporting change control processes (e.g., SCR/PCN).
  • Knowledge of nuclear or related heavy industry equipment delivery processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Power BI, Planner, and Confluence.
