Position Overview: The Project Coordinator is a key role in all remediation and abatement projects and fosters a culture of safety,professionalism, and service excellence.This position supports both the operations and compliance functions of Compleat Environmental, and isresponsible for keeping projects scheduled, documented, and on budget while ensuring all compliancerequirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Operations Management - Schedule, coordinate, and direct daily crews and field personnel to keep projects moving. Project Manager Liaison - Serve as the communication bridge between the Project Manager, field staff, management, and clients. Quality & Compliance Oversight - Perform quality control checks and ensure jobs meet safety, regulatory, and project specifications. Financial & Budget Monitoring - Track job profitability, budgets, resource allocation, contracts, and invoicing. Documentation & Records Management - Maintain accurate job records, contracts, CRM entries, and ensure complete documentation for every job. Process Improvement & SOPs - Help document standard operating procedures and support new software/process implementation. Equipment & Resource Tracking - Monitor vehicle and equipment usage, maintenance, and condition. Workforce Compliance & Development - Track employee training/certifications and confirm accurate time card entries.
