The role will work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. The Project Coordinator will manage all stakeholder requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.* Assist in developing and executing small project plans.* Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.* Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports.* Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors.* Supporting management of material for launch and production.* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Education and Experience (required):* High school diploma or equivalent.* No experience required.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required):* Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills.* Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime.* Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.* Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development.* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred):* Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel.* Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
