Project Coordinator Data Centers - Southeast / Remote

They offer Mission Critical Power Equipment such as: Busways, UPS, Conduits, Panel Meters / Panel Boards, RPPs, PDUs, etc. They provide companies with options for equipment purchases when multiple sourcing options are needed in the current supply chain crunch. This supports their client's uptime of mission-critical facilities for many of the world's largest organizations and government facilities including Enterprise Data Centers, Colocation Providers and Hyperscale Companies.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for confirming schematics, equipment lists, and equipment orders are lined up and accurate so correct equipment can be ordered to minimize delivery setbacks / re-ordering equipment. Track equipment orders from OEM to site delivery, coordinating with all field construction trades, subs, vendors regarding equipment delivery, integration and commissioning as it relates to electrical systems. Ensures equipment purchased is in onsite at the project when needed, manage and update change orders, etc. Assist the construction project manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the preconstruction phase, and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures. Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations through the life of the project. Success in this role requires technical knowledge of data center and construction along with strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk tools, etc.
