YOUR SCHEDULE

  • Full‑time
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Overtime available
  • Some after‑hours coverage
  • Part‑time options may be discussed

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR PROJECT COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

You'll be the liaison for communication and coordination among customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Your day includes:

  • Answering phones and assisting customers
  • Scheduling leads and coordinating service calls
  • Dispatching installation and service teams
  • Managing the workflow of sold electrical projects from start to finish
  • Communicating consistently with clients through project completion
  • Coordinating logistics and installation schedules
  • Working with city and county permits
  • Supporting PG&E‑related coordination
  • Monitoring project costs and efficiency
  • Handling light administrative and office support tasks
  • Assisting management and helping retain clients through excellent service

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PROJECT COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related role
  • Experience working with PG&E
  • Experience obtaining city/county permits
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Residential electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Basic typing and computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Quick learner, organized, professional, and friendly
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with strong time‑management skills
