    Job Title: Project Coordinator
    Location: Kansas City, MO
    Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
    Duration : 3 Months

    Position Summary
    The Clinic Coach serves as the primary performance partner for assigned clinics, using data insights and operational expertise to identify improvement opportunities, influence behaviour change, and drive measurable results. This role supports smaller, focused clinics by delivering targeted, consultative coaching to optimize performance and operations.

    The Clinic Coach exercises independent judgment in prioritizing efforts, identifying performance risks, and recommending corrective actions aligned with operational objectives. Through structured coaching, performance analysis, and standardized playbooks, this role closes performance gaps, strengthens accountability, and sustains operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Clinic Portfolio Ownership: Manages a portfolio of smaller, lower-complexity clinics with limited-service breadth, maintaining accountability for overall performance outcomes. Serves as a trusted partner to clinic stakeholders, using data-driven insights and operational expertise to identify improvement opportunities, influence adoption of best practices, and drive sustained performance improvement. Exercises independent judgment to proactively assess performance, prioritize focus areas, and implement actions that enhance operational effectiveness.
    - Performance Review & Coaching Execution: Reviews clinic performance data to identify trends, assess gaps, and prioritize improvement opportunities using established benchmarks. Interprets insights to determine clinic-specific coaching strategies and interventions. Leads structured, results-focused coaching conversations and provides consultative guidance to clinic staff and leaders on operational performance, service delivery, and adherence to standards.
    - Learning & Development Guidance: Assesses clinic capability gaps and identifies targeted learning and development opportunities. Provides consultative guidance on training resources, reinforcing adherence to SOPs and service expectations while tailoring recommendations to clinic-specific challenges. Facilitates the adoption of operational best practices.
    - Monitoring & Follow-Up: Monitors key performance indicators and tracks progress against identified gaps and action plans. Conducts structured follow-ups to ensure completion of commitments, reinforce accountability, and sustain momentum. Evaluates coaching effectiveness, adjusts strategies, and implements corrective actions to mitigate emerging risks. Escalates persistent or high-risk issues to senior leadership.
    - Documentation & Data Accuracy: Maintains accurate coaching logs and notes, and tracks improvements tied to coaching focus areas.
    - Cross-Functional Coordination: Partners with Operations, Training, and other internal stakeholders to resolve performance barriers and improve clinic effectiveness. Provides frontline insights and recommendations that contribute to process and program enhancements.
    - Performance Improvement Planning: Develops and manages clinic-specific improvement plans to address operational gaps and achieve targeted performance goals. Uses performance data to measure progress, evaluate outcomes, and recommend corrective actions.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, structured information and facilitate discussions in small-group settings.
    - Demonstrated ability to analyze operational performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    - Ability to influence without direct authority, building credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders.
    - Strong consultative coaching and relationship management skills, with a focus on driving behavior change and performance improvement.
    - Proven ability to identify root causes and recommend practical, effective solutions to operational challenges.
    - Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple requests in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
    - High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data, reporting, and execution.
    - Experience in project coordination and applied problem-solving.
    - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
    - Ability to execute and reinforce established SOPs and workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement.
    - Delivers structured training and presentations (5 15 participants), facilitating engagement, addressing questions, and adapting delivery to meet audience needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 0 1 years of experience in customer support, healthcare operations, clinical program knowledge, data entry, or administrative roles.
    - Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
    - Experience working with healthcare providers is helpful but not required.
