Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Contract Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Work Arrangement: Remote
Pay Range: $30 - 33/hr

Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, facilitating communication with stakeholders, coordinating approvals, and ensuring project activities remain on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating and tracking project timelines and deliverables for The Allstate Foundation initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Draft, send, and manage project-related email communications.
  • Coordinate and track approvals required for project activities and deliverables.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks, delays, or issues affecting project timelines.
  • Support administrative and operational aspects of foundation projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience supporting projects, programs, or administrative initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with nonprofit, corporate social responsibility, or foundation programs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating approvals, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
