This individual will work with a cross functional team on resolving Packaging Material Center specification discrepancies. The Project Coordinator will be responsible managing both Chemical and Packaging suppliers Change Controls and ensure timely closure. The client prefers that the individual is local to the Skillman, NJ area in order to be able to work on-site the majority of the time.Requirements:Knowledge and experience working within a cGMP environmentStrong analytical skillsStrong relationship building and negotiation skills (experience working with Suppliers preferred)Ability to identify and report trends/emerging issuesAbility to translate findings into recommended actionsBusiness acumen in multiple functions preferredTechnical background a plus; understanding/experience relating to CAPAs and packaging componentsWorks well in team environmentAbility to work in a matrix team environment expectedDeliverables:Complete of all relevant trainings for the assigned tasks timelyOwn, drive, and be accountable for assigned processes/systems with regularly updated reportsWrite and deploy procedures associated with the assigned business processesEstablish and/or maintain business performance metrics for the key assigned business areasConduct daily business activities in accordance with the foundation of J&J Credo
