A respected construction management firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to support ongoing work at a large life sciences and healthcare campus in Central New Jersey. This position offers exposure to complex construction projects while working closely with Project Managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Description
Coordinate project documentation, reports, logs, and administrative processes.
Assist with permit applications, approvals, and compliance tracking.
Support Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and project execution.
Maintain project records, correspondence, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate inspections, site visits, and stakeholder communications.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items.
Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover requirements.
Manage subcontractor and vendor records, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with accounting teams regarding invoicing, billing, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
Prepare meeting agendas, distribute minutes, and monitor follow-up items.
Maintain organized project files and document control systems.
Provide administrative support to both field and office personnel.
Communicate project updates and support daily project operations.
Profile
3+ years of construction, project coordination, project administration, or related industry experience.
Experience with a general contractor, subcontractor, owner, or construction-related organization.
Strong organizational and document control skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating project schedules, documentation, and reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Construction, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or institutional project experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
Job Offer
