Job Description Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Required Experience/Skills: Ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance. Strong communication skills needed, both verbal and written. Independently perform important areas of standard professional-level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly defined issues. Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling Evolve Upgrades in accordance with contractual obligations, revenue projections, and due date assignments. Managing project milestones to ensure on-time completion and proactively identifying actions required to keep them on track, including customer milestones such as proactive scheduling and required room availability for update performance. Simultaneously managing multiple Evolve revisions/projects at any given time. Providing reports on progress and actions on a regular basis by researching, documenting, and presenting findings. Responding to internal and external customer inquiries received through the Updates Management Team Mailbox.
