Job Description -
Gathers, analyzes, translates and delivers information in clear, concise and meaningful formats based on specific project and/or program requirements and according to established project management standards. Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, communication and cost management. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Provides input to project research information. Facilitates collaborative documents and data stores. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. May coordinate the activities of a project sub team and/or project activities to the extent those efforts might affect completion of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Office.

The role is a Project Coordinator supporting two primary functions on the Major Projects team:

Cost Controls support: Assisting the Cost Controls Project Manager with cost tracking, pulling reports from SAP, reviewing spend, monitoring contract limits, and validating vendor compliance with contract terms.

Project Management support: Assisting a Project Manager responsible for portfolio phasing, monitoring projects, reviewing consultant and construction partner scopes, and ensuring contracts are in place with internal staffing partners and EPC vendors.

The role also includes detailed spend analysis, vendor/contract review, and acting as a coordination point between internal stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed organization.

SAP (financials/ledger experience)

Primavera P6 (experience preferred)

Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams)

General project coordination experience

Contract and cost analysis exposure
