    Project Coordinator

    PRG is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our San Antonio, Texas team. This role involves administrative office responsibilities, ensuring the execution of outside plant telecommunications construction projects. 


    Responsibilities 

    • Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity. 
    • Coordinating and scheduling with cross-functional groups.
    • Other related duties upon request.


    Qualifications 

    • Must have the ability to read coax construction maps.
    • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, Smartsheet experience is a plus.
    • Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.
    • Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects. 
    • Effective communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing. 
    • Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands. 


    Work Environment 

    The role will require walking, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks in an office environment. 


    Compensation & Benefits

    We offer competitive hourly pay plus opportunity for overtime ($26 to $32 per hour) along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
