    Project Coordinator

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Contract Duration: 12 months, Hybrid role

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan and integrate cross-functional IT tasks to achieve timely results.
    • Schedule and document meetings, including recording and distributing minutes.
    • Monitor and track project documentation and deliverables.
    • Send follow-ups to ensure timely completion of project activities.
    • Collaborate with project managers and business teams to document and manage project scope and requirements.
    • Perform project tasks like gathering requirements, facilitating design discussions, overseeing development, testing, and roll-out schedules.
    • Maintain project status and resource forecasts in reporting tools.
    • Develop status reports, communication materials, and update project schedules and RAID logs.
    • Manage customer expectations and communicate project status.
    • Maintain effective communication and relationships with project team members.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Asana.
    • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management, business, and technical teams.
    • Ability to multi-task.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Three years of recent, verifiable, relevant project management experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience implementing large-scale programs.
    • Experience in implementing business processes in a government organization.
    • Certification as Professional Project Manager (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

    Must-Have Requirements:

    • Project Management experience: 3 Years
    • Experience managing large-scale programs: 3 Years
