Project Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Contract Duration: 12 months, Hybrid role
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and integrate cross-functional IT tasks to achieve timely results.
Schedule and document meetings, including recording and distributing minutes.
Monitor and track project documentation and deliverables.
Send follow-ups to ensure timely completion of project activities.
Collaborate with project managers and business teams to document and manage project scope and requirements.
Perform project tasks like gathering requirements, facilitating design discussions, overseeing development, testing, and roll-out schedules.
Maintain project status and resource forecasts in reporting tools.
Develop status reports, communication materials, and update project schedules and RAID logs.
Manage customer expectations and communicate project status.
Maintain effective communication and relationships with project team members.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Skills and Competencies:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Asana.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive management, business, and technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of recent, verifiable, relevant project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing large-scale programs.
Experience in implementing business processes in a government organization.
Certification as Professional Project Manager (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
