    Position Overview
    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a dynamic role where you’ll wear many hats - supporting permitting, lead coordination, scheduling, dispatching, and general office operations. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between our customers, technicians, and sales teams.

    What You’ll Do
    • Handle permitting and paperwork for projects
    • Coordinate and track incoming leads
    • Schedule installations, inspections, and service calls
    • Dispatch technicians and support them throughout the day
    • Communicate with customers to confirm details and provide updates
    • Keep office operations organized and running smoothly
    What We’re Looking For
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Clear, professional communication
    • Experience in permitting, scheduling, or dispatching is required
    • Home services, construction, or related industry experience is highly preferred
    • Comfortable with permitting and compliance tasks
    • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
