    Job Title: Project Coordinator 4

    Location(s): Richmond, VA
    (Hybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)


    Description:
    The Project Coordinator provides administrative and project coordination support to the Procurement Department, helping ensure procurement initiatives are organized, timely, and aligned with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate procurement projects, activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, trackers, and project files.
    • Serve as a communication liaison among procurement staff, internal business units, stakeholders, and suppliers.
    • Manage and coordinate the procurement intake process, ensuring requests are properly documented, prioritized, and routed.
    • Track workload, priorities, action items, and project status to support timely completion of procurement activities.
    • Assist with identifying bottlenecks, process gaps, and opportunities to improve procurement workflows.
    • Support the development and implementation of improved processes, tools, templates, and workflows.
    • Utilize SharePoint and other technology platforms to organize procurement information, improve visibility, and facilitate collaboration.
    • Prepare status updates, reports, presentations, and other project-related materials as needed.
    • Help ensure procurement activities are conducted consistently and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on track.
    • Provide general project and administrative support to the Procurement Department as required.

    Work Schedule / Hybrid Arrangement:

    • Work from home on Monday and Friday, in office Tues, Wed, Thursday.
