The Project Controls Specialist I serves as an integral member of the project team, helping support the financial and operational success of construction projects from planning through completion. This role provides exposure to project budgeting, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, productivity tracking, and project reporting while partnering closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Controls professionals. The Project Controls Specialist I assists with collecting, organizing, and analyzing project data that enables teams to make informed decisions, identify potential risks, and maintain alignment with project objectives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree is required in the areas of construction management, Project Controls, Business Administration or Engineering. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of project controls experience.

• A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to take initiative, communicate effectively, and work across teams to achieve results with minimal oversight.

• Highly organized and motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills; able to multitask, build relationships, and foster collaboration and consensus.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $107,000.00-$138,000.00 annually

The anticipated salary range for this position is $107,000.00 - $138,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
