• Contract Duration: 12 months (initially posted as a one-year assignment but expected to be a multi-year project with potential extensions)
• Pay Rate: $67.00 $70.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

This role performs primary project controls assignments to support Project Managers, with accountabilities spanning report generation, control activities, data request response, and the development, maintenance, and support of project schedules and/or detailed cost tracking. The position coordinates with Project Managers to obtain weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates and assists them in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditures. The work arrangement is 100% remote within the United States, with a preferred location in the Denver/Mountain Time Zone; candidates in other U.S. time zones may be considered if willing to work Mountain Time business hours. The assignment is initially posted as a one-year engagement but is expected to be a multi-year project with potential extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform primary project controls assignments to support Project Managers.
• Generate reports and assist with control activities.
• Respond to data requests.
• Develop, maintain, and support project schedules and/or detailed cost tracking.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to obtain weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates.
• Assist Project Managers in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditures.
• Work within a collaborative team environment with individual ownership of work.

Required Skills

• Project management experience.
• SAP proficiency (SAP Work and Asset Management experience required depending on additional job details).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant industry and project experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with data analytics reporting tools.
• Additional preferred qualifications may be identified during candidate review.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• 100% remote within the United States.
• Preferred location: Denver/Mountain Time Zone.
• Candidates in other U.S. time zones may be considered if willing to work Mountain Time business hours.
• Interviews to be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
