GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Southeast general contractor with a large mission critical and data center backlog. The company is adding a Project Controls Specialist - Data Center and Mission Critical to its team in Atlanta, GA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Project controls experience (cost, schedule, reporting) on data center or mission critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Support large data center projects with complex power and cooling systems
• Manage cost and schedule reporting
• Track forecasts, change orders and earned value
• Deliver clear reporting to project leadership and clients

Requirements

• Project controls experience (cost, schedule, reporting) on data center or mission critical projects.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
