Project Controls Scheduler - Recycling - Base Salary to 140k/year - Naples, FL

• Our client, an industry-leading organization focused on advanced materials processing technologies, is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage the integrated master schedule for a new greenfield project and additional capital projects. This role will establish and maintain a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule covering engineering, permitting, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, startup, and project closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an integrated Primavera P6 Level 3 master schedule providing visibility into project status, critical path, schedule risk, interfaces, and forecast completion
• Establish and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Support Final Investment Decision (FID) readiness
• Develop and maintain schedule activity logic, calendars, durations, baselines, and schedule coding
• Collect and validate schedule updates from contractors, engineering firms, vendors, and internal project teams
• Review and analyze contractor schedules, progress, logic, durations, forecasts, and schedule performance
• Prepare 2-week, 4-week, 6-week, and 90-day look-ahead schedules
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, impacts, and changes
• Maintain schedule documentation, baselines, change history, and progress measurement records
• Communicate schedule status, forecast completion, and project schedule risks to project leadership and senior management

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience of project scheduling/project controls experience on industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, or related capital projects
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated EPC, EPCM, design build, and/or owner-managed capital project schedules
• Robust understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles
• Ability to review and challenge contractor schedules, logic, durations, progress claims, and forecasts
• Background in WBS development, schedule coding, baselines, progress measurement, and schedule change control
• Ability to independently analyze schedule data and communicate schedule risks to project teams and senior management

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 125k - 140k/year range
