What You Will Do
- Produce bridge and roadway design plans.
- Calculate structural geometry, rebar layouts, and quantities.
- Manage CAD tasks on small to mid-sized projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
- Mentor junior engineers and CAD staff on standards and advanced techniques.
- Keep deliverables aligned with company CAD standards and DOT requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and multidiscipline teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Associate degree from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of CAD/design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bentley software.
- Experience with INDOT or Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia DOT projects.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred
- OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
- NBIS bridge inspection experience.
