Work site: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

- Role is based in **Houston, Texas**, with regular on-site presence at the customer office required.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document key use cases and desired business outcomes.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements related to **Field Data Capture**, data migration to **Databricks**, and implementation across a **Medallion Architecture**.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to support Proof of Concept (POC) execution and ensure end-to-end requirements traceability.
- Manage project stakeholders, risks, issues, schedules, scope, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums.
- Translate business objectives and requirements into clear, actionable solution specifications for delivery teams.
- Support testing, change management, and implementation activities, while driving stakeholder review and formal sign-off of POC outcomes.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Lead and/or support training, knowledge transfer, and user enablement activities for customer resources.
