Project Billing Specialist
A growing industrial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Project Billing Specialist to provide administrative and billing support for project operations. This role will assist with project and labor billing, timekeeping allocations, data accuracy, and day-to-day business processes supporting industrial safety equipment rental and turnaround services. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable navigating multiple software systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Billing Specialist:
- Provide administrative support for project billing, labor billing, timekeeping allocations, and related operational processes.
- Review and validate data for accuracy, research discrepancies, and resolve billing or administrative errors.
- Navigate multiple client platforms and internal systems to maintain accurate records and complete daily tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support billing workflows, project requirements, and established procedures.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other business support initiatives as assigned.
- Prioritize competing responsibilities independently while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications of the Project Billing Specialist:
- 2+ years of administrative, billing, data entry, or business support experience.
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously and learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with project billing, labor billing, timekeeping, or workforce allocation.
- Familiarity with procurement and contractor management platforms such as TRACK, ARIBA, or GEP.
- Experience supporting industrial services, safety equipment rental, construction, or turnaround operations.
