Position Summary:

In the Project Associate position, you'll coordinate customer bid and project activities, ensuring bids are delivered accurately, on time and in alignment with Direct Supply's quality and brand standards. You'll oversee project fulfillment by coordinating service providers, managing project timelines and helping ensure projects are completed as planned. Working closely with customers, service providers and internal teams, you'll provide proactive communication and coordination to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do and Impact:
Coordinate customer bid activities by partnering with technical experts to define project scope, develop accurate quotes and deliver timely bid proposals.
Collaborate with Building Services Consultants, Building Services Specialists, service providers and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing, scope and equipment recommendations.
Procure equipment by obtaining pricing, coordinating with suppliers and identifying cost-saving opportunities through Direct Supply solutions.
Manage project fulfillment by coordinating service providers, tracking project milestones and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Communicate project updates, timelines and change orders with customers, service providers and internal teams to ensure a seamless project experience.
Place and track equipment orders to support successful project execution and on-time delivery.
Resolve project issues proactively while minimizing financial impact and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with project closeout documentation, including warranty information and startup materials.
Partner across Operations, Sourcing, Sales and Marketing to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and enhance the customer experience.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that optimize processes, strengthen the service provider network and improve operational efficiency.
Train, mentor and support new Partners to build capability and promote consistent execution.
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years of project fulfillment-related experience
High degree of customer focus and customer service experience
Additional Items of Interest:
General knowledge and understanding of long-term care and senior living products and equipment
Customer service experience
