About Our Client:
Our client is a highly sought after Fortune 500 Medical Device organization looking for results driven professionals like you! This facility focuses on Class III electromechanical ALS & BLS devices used around the world. Offering an environment where collaboration and results are equally important, this highly sought after company has a global reputation for growth and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Tracking progress and identifying or resolving obstacles.
• Communicating with internal and external clients.
• Performing administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports.
• Supporting the shipping team across all product lines through the end of the year, reporting up to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Basic understanding of project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Experience supporting medical device or healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with software-based medical solutions.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Experience supporting project teams, particularly in medical or healthcare settings.
