Job Title: Project Architect
Job Description
An award-winning architecture firm is seeking an experienced Project Architect to support the delivery of complex embassy campus projects around the world. This role is ideal for a mid-to-high level architect who enjoys being deeply involved in both design and technical delivery, and who can serve as a bridge between emerging professionals and project leadership. You will help shape schematic design concepts, guide them through design development and construction documentation, and ensure they are successfully implemented. In addition to providing strong technical leadership, you will mentor junior staff, strengthen project execution, and play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams on high-profile international and federal projects.

The studio recently moved into a brand-new office space and is gradually bringing teams back into the office several days per week. You can expect a mix of in-office work and flexible scheduling, with an expectation to work diligently given the heavy backlog of guaranteed projects. The environment includes regular weekly lunch-and-learn sessions with provided lunches, monthly team events such as kickball and social gatherings, and an official mentoring program where you are paired with a mentor to support your growth, whether toward a technical project architect or project manager path. The firm's strong pipeline of work offers opportunities for overtime, as well as the chance to support varied international projects, visit project sites, and work on high-profile government and federal assignments. The office dress code is casual, reflecting a relaxed yet professional atmosphere focused on collaboration, learning, and high-quality project delivery.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $60.00/hr.
