Project Architect 
Studio 3 Design Group is seeking an experienced Project Architect in the early stages of their career, to join our team! We are searching for a dynamic designer that is looking for an environment where they can grow and pursue long-term opportunities as a key member of the project team. Applications should possess strong design, communication, and problem-solving skills. The S3DG group provides a supportive and collaborative environment for all employees to encourage innovative and rewarding outcomes for both our clients and employees. 
Preferred Qualifications: 


·       Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited institution
·       Architectural Registration, or in the process of obtaining their registration
·       Basic proficiency in the use of building materials and related construction fundamentals. 
·       Problem-solving abilities, as an individual and collaborator
·       Excellent time management, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
·       Basic proficiency with ArchiCAD or Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite


Job Responsibilities:


·       Developing and implementing project work plans and schedules
·       Coordinating and overseeing the work of architectural designers and technical staff
·       Communicating with clients to understand and document their needs. 
·       Preparing scaled drawings and contract specifications suitable for construction
·       Research codes and other standards, as necessary for compliance
·       Assisting in the preparation of design studies and reports 
·       Planning diagrams/layouts during schematic design 
·       Produce conceptional and preliminary design presentations to present to clients  


Employment Terms:


·       Full time position - Monday- Friday/8am-5pm
·       Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience 
·       A comprehensive medical package is provided 
·       401K plan is available
·       Firm pays for AIA dues and registration exam fees
