Position Overview
Nexus Circular is seeking a Project Analyst to support the build-out of our Project Management Office (PMO) and drive execution excellence across major capital projects. This role is critical in bridging gaps between engineering, procurement, and construction teams by providing structured coordination, schedule integration, and cost visibility.
In the near term, this role will play a key part in supporting the 6B project, ensuring alignment across disciplines and enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities into a single master schedule, reducing misalignment and delays.
Support cost tracking, accruals, and forecasting to improve financial visibility and prevent budget overruns.
Provide clear, structured reporting and analytics so leadership can proactively manage risks and opportunities.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies across project scopes before they impact field execution.
Establish repeatable processes, tools, and standards that will support future projects beyond 6B.
